Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your SPRAYGROUND purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original, unused condition with tags attached. Please note that limited edition collaborations and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are intact, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the gear, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
